The Alpina poles were as described, and packaged appropriately. I chose Skatepro because because of price, but am most pleased by the staff’s cheerful communication and competence in shipping. Constant updates through USPS (in Denmark!) and quick clearance through Customs alleviated any worries. It took no more time than a normal internal US shipment would have taken. Skatepro will be tops on my list of providers in the future. | |
